Here is the course title and description:
The peaceful and rural agricultural land of Gaviota Coast and Naples is threatened not only by oil - it's also subject to devastation from creeping urbanization. The exquisite farms are in danger of being split up and developed into dense housing developments. A high level panel explores the ideas of groups dedicated to preserving, protecting and enhancing these lands from disastrous oil spills and urban development, e.g. the Naples Coalition and the Naples Township. Is there room for compromise? The Gaviota Coast Conservancy thinks so. Learn how you too can be involved.
